Cupping in the coffee world is similar to wine tasting. It is a globally recognised, industry-wide process where coffees are critically evaluated to identify specific flavours, qualities and pick out any faults.

During Coffee Cupping experience you will learn about the ‘crop to cup’ coffee process and how various factors influence flavour.

We will cup a variety of different origin beans. The session includes light refreshments of pastries and coffee as well as a 125g take home pack of beans.

DURATION | 1.5 hours – 2 hours (depending on group size)

COST | $60 per person.

GROUP SIZE | 1-8 people

PREREQUISITE | None

LOCATION | Merlo Coffee Training Centre, 104 McLachlan St, Fortitude Valley, QLD.

    For all other orders there is a standard flat shipping rate of $9.95 Australia-wide.
