In Advanced Espresso, you will tackle the next level of barista skills while reinforcing the foundations. You will learn about dosing and distribution, grind management and adjustment and how to identify over, under and perfect extractions. We’ll run through alternative milks and give you some tips on how to work with them. You’ll also enhance your latte art abilities and much more.
