This coffee has an amazing aroma of black fruits, such as plum. Its creamy prolonged body and exotic acidity are part of the inviting surprise that is the fruity notes with caramel finish.

About the Region
Minas Gerais is the main coffee producing State in Brazil, accounting for half the country’s production.

The western part of the state, called Cerrado, is a high plateau with a continental climate. The volcanic soils are perfect for growing coffee.

At an altitude of 1200m, conditions are ideal for growing coffee, with perfect balance of wet and dry seasons.

The correct husbandry of the plantations produce uniform blossoming and maturation, creating excellent conditions for process.
