In the spirit of freshness, investing in a grinder will increase the lifespan of freshly roasted coffee beans.

 

To ensure you get the best out of your beans, here are a few tips:

• Keep your beans stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
• Buy your coffee in smaller amounts, more regularly – this ensures you’re always using fresh beans and also reduces waste.
• Check your ‘roasted on’ date stamp. Each Merlo Coffee tin or bag is date stamped, so you know how fresh your beans are!
